Yay, portraits! At first, I was a little iffy with it... but I'm actually getting the hang of things. I really like the outline of my face. Well, I still think it looks creepy in a way. It's cool though. I just feel like after looking at it for so long, it barely resembles me. Hm. I traced three different angles of my portrait onto smaller paper to practice painting on. The first time I tried, I used a burgundy color. It didn't really go as I planned, so I decided to change the color. I ended up going for a teal-ish color, which I'm absolutely loving at the moment. I'm still working on it now, and its coming along great. I'll be posting up a picture soon, probably after the whole inking process.
